Huadong has two decades worth of production experience when it comes to wear resistant parts. Our factory is equipped with advanced production lines and different detection instruments in order to guarantee the quality of our finished parts.
We have nearly 20 years of experience in the production of heavy equipment wear parts. We attach great importance to the procurement of high quality raw materials. Our parts are made up of pig iron, steel scrap, ferrochromium, ferromolybdenum, nickel, copper, and more. All of these materials are delivered by trusted suppliers.
In order to produce wear parts that are high performance and competitive on the market, we carefully control the entire manufacturing process. From raw materials to mold design, mold processing, alloy compounding, and sales are all carried out by Huadong employees and equipment. This is designed to maintain a level of confidence in our products and minimize unnecessary costs.
Our lost foam production line, automatic dust-free production line, and DISA vertical extrusion molding line imported from Denmark, are all utilized by our mold production and casting process. Apart from the production line, we have a pouring furnace, molding machine, foaming machine, mold drying room, automatic molding machine, dust-cleaning equipment, automatic annealing furnace, a number of other high quality processing equipment in order to ensure efficient mass production.
ISO9001-2000 quality management system certified, Huadong attaches great importance to the level of quality when it comes to the production of our wear resistant parts, particularly the chromium content. We will send several random samples to third-party detection institutions to perform different kinds of tests, of which the chromium content are highly important. All of our wear resistant parts have been specially quenched and tempered, of which the hardness have reached national standard HRC58, 17% higher than industrial standards.
