Cone Crusher Feed Plate Introduction
As one of the main cone crusher spares, the feed plate is installed on the upper side of crushing cavity. Materials are fed though the upper opening and will be uniformly spread onto the mantle liner under the centrifugal force of the feed plate. It can effectively control the uniformity of materials during crushing and thereby increase the service life of crusher wear parts.
Features
1. The feed plate and spindle nut features a one-piece construction instead of split design. This design can dramatically reduces machining process and production cost, extend lifespan of feed plate, enhance working efficiency of crusher and lower labor strength.
2. Unique design avoids direct feeding of materials, thus reducing wear of mantle liner and other parts. It can increase productivity of the cone crusher by means of uniform feeding and thereby make materials crushed under uniform force.
3. Diameter of the feed plate is reduced from Φ1010mm to Φ500mm, realizing lamination crushing, thus improving crushing quality and output.
